Shipping and delivery times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00 (Spanish time) ship the same day; the rest, the next business day.

Delivery times

We prepare orders within 1 business day and delivery takes 5 to 8 business days from payment confirmation. You’ll get an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships.

If it’s late, we refund 10%

We commit to delivering within a maximum of 8 business days. If your order arrives later, we refund 10% of the order amount to the same payment method, without you having to claim anything: we detect it ourselves through the shipment tracking and let you know by email.

One rate, no exceptions by country. The exact cost always appears at checkout before you confirm the order. The Complete Set and the Master Collection are over €150, so they ship free.

Shipping outside the European Union

Prices include Spanish VAT. For destinations outside the EU (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, etc.) the order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by customs in the destination country, which are paid by the customer. We can’t calculate them in advance.

Restrictions

Kitchen knives are bladed items. We only sell to people over 18. Some countries restrict importing knives by post: if the carrier or customs rejects the shipment, we’ll refund the full amount as soon as it’s returned to us.

Issues

If the tracking doesn’t move or the parcel arrives damaged, email us at customer@kaen.shop and we’ll sort it out: we reship or refund, without you having to claim from the carrier.
