Returns

Email us with your order number and, if you like, the reason. We’ll send you the instructions and the return label within 2 business days.

Damaged parcel or wrong order

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel and its contents. We’ll send you the right product and take care of collecting the other one.

Warranty

If a manufacturing defect appears, email us with photos and we’ll repair, replace or refund it, as appropriate, at no cost to you.
